Return Policy – Web/Sales & Support
To initiate a return, please contact a Sales & Support Specialist Monday-Friday, 9a-5p GMT at our toll-free number 0800 066 9449 or send an email to uk.info@pxg.com.
Orders purchased online or with our Sales & Support or Mobile Fitting teams cannot be returned via our store.
You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products to exercise your right to change your mind to receive a refund, except in relation to the products described below. Where our products are split into several deliveries over different days, in this case, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.
You also have a right to exchange products, except in relation to the products described below. You have 28 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the product to exercise your right to exchange the product.
You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
- custom fit items (unless these were delivered faulty);
- products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
- products that you have used; or
- any other products in respect of which cancellation rights do not apply as set out under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All returned/exchanged products (i.e. clubs, bags, apparel, accessories) must be returned in a new and unused condition. The items must be returned in the original packaging with the tags attached.
PXG UK are not responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange or refund, and this to be arranged and paid for by the customer. A member of our Sales & Support team will provide you with the shipping address and references to use for your return. Our recommendation is to use a tracked delivery service so that you are provided with proof of delivery for your return.
Returned items will be inspected by our team and if eligible, a refund/exchange will be processed and completed within 10 working days to your original method of payment.

Items paid for in-store can be returned either through Sales & Support or by returning to the store.
