Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this bag. This bag is not durable My wife bought this bag and we took it to two trips. After first leg of the second trip, the bottom seam of the bag began to fall apart. When I flew bag, more seams were damaged and there are visible cracks and damages. So, I took the bag to the PXG North- Chicago store, where I purchased a bag, for return. The store clerk inspected the bag and took a picture, but PXG decline to cover this under warranty. Clearly, the bag is not durable for the air travel, but they are not trying to be responsible. I am very disappointed with PXG and quality of this travel bag.

Besides putting the golf bag in the travel case, is there anything else that’s recommended? Removing driver/wood heads? Safe for check in at airport?

Some people choose to put a support rod (not sold by PXG) in the center of their bag for added support. You shouldn't need to remove the club heads and this can be used at airports.
